• Registration charges of ₹31,000 are applicable.

• Booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the applicable booking amount.
• Plot allotment is subject to availability at the time of booking.
• The company reserves the right to cancel or modify any booking in case of discrepancies, non-compliance, or unforeseen circumstances.
