This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all registration payments made for plot allotment with Aayan Residency Pvt. Ltd.
A registration fee is required to participate in the plot allotment draw. The registration amount may vary from time to time depending on the project and the applicable draw.
Plot allotment is conducted through a draw process, which is generally held 2 to 3 times each month. After the draw, an official allotment list is announced.
If an applicant’s name is not included in the allotment list, the applicant may request a refund of the registration fee.
Refund requests must be submitted through the company’s official communication channels.
Eligible refunds will be processed within 45 working days from the date of approval of the refund request.
If an applicant’s name appears in the official allotment list, the registration fee becomes strictly non-refundable.
Once a plot has been allotted:
The registration fee will not be refunded under any circumstances.
The allotted applicant is required to pay the remaining amount as per the applicable payment plan.
The registration (registry) process must be completed within the timeline communicated by the company.
Cancellation before allotment is eligible for a refund, subject to the refund policy stated above.
Cancellation after allotment is not eligible for any refund of the registration fee.
Before making any registration payment, applicants are advised to carefully understand the allotment process and payment terms. Submission of the registration fee confirms acceptance of this Refund & Cancellation Policy. Applicants whose plots are allotted cannot cancel the allotment and claim a refund of the registration fee.
